All configuration files in this archive have been tuned for Red Hat Linux.
If you use different vendor versions that the one described above, you'll be
compelled to make some modifications to fit your path installation and OS
architecture. I'll focus on security and optimization of these configuration
files and let all other options and parameters to your requirements.

1. Files located under init.d folders are responsible to start and stop
   daemon servers and must be placed into /etc/rc.d/init.d directory in
   your Linux server.

2. Files located under logrotate.d folders are responsible to rotate
   automatically log files and must be placed into /etc/logrotate.d
   directory in your Linux server.

3. Files located under pam.d folders are responsible for pluggable
   authentication modules and must be placed into /etc/pam.d directory
   in your Linux server.

4. Other files must be placed into their appropriated directories. Refer
   to different Configuration & Optimization documentations in the book
   for more information.
